Program Faculty

Herb Meiberger is a finance lecturer at San Francisco State University’s College of Business. From 1992 to 2012, he was elected to five consecutive terms with the City and County of San Francisco’s Employees’ Retirement System and subsequently appointed Chairman of the Investment Committee, elected Vice President of the Board and Chairman of the ESG Committee. Mr. Meiberger holds a B.S. in math and chemistry from the University of South Dakota, an M.B.A. in finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a chartered financial analyst.
